Time marches on. Exchange 2013 and Outlook 2013 have now exited out of mainstream support and will be serviced as per their extended support life cycle policy.

Note that for Office 2013 the information for Service Pack 1 is shown. This is because the RTM version is already unsupported.
Also, this is for the MSI version of Office 2013. The Office 365 Pro Plus 2013 client is already unsupported. Support for that product ended in February 2017.
