Exchange 2016 CU8 Released

Exchange 2016 CU8 has been released to the Microsoft download centre!  Exchange 2016 has a different servicing strategy than Exchange 2007/2010 and utilises Cumulative Updates (CUs) rather than the Rollup Updates (RU/UR) which were used previously.    CUs are a complete installation of Exchange 2016 and can be used to install a fresh server or to update a previously installed one. Exchange 2010 SP3 RU19 Released

Exchange 2010 SP3 RU19

The Exchange team today announced the availability of Update Rollup 19 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3.  RU19 is the latest rollup of customer fixes available for Exchange Server 2010. The release contains fixes for customer reported issues and previously released security bulletins.

Update WAP Published Application Certificate

A base Web Application Proxy (WAP) provides AD FS proxy capability in addition to also publishing on-premises web applications to the Internet.  This can be used to publish services such as Exchange OWA and Autodiscover.

Working on multiple versions of Exchange means having multiple different labs.  Each lab will have different versions of Exchange, different update levels and also different Active Directory site layouts.  They are all required to test and validate different configurations.
